Exports

Hand a large result on as CSV or Parquet files.

📄️ Start a large export

Runs one read-only SELECT as the caller and writes the whole result to object storage: through the dataset engine (CSV or Parquet, no row cap) when the query reads `data.<table>` datasets alone, else through the query engine as CSV parts under the server's row cap. Returns the export (202 while running; 200 when it finished within wait_seconds) with presigned download links once it has succeeded.

📄️ Get an export

The caller's export: its status and, once it has succeeded, presigned GET links for every file and the metadata sidecar (signed on each call, valid for at most an hour). wait_seconds (max 60) waits for a running export. Another user's export is a 404.
